Thanks for the link on the Metabolic typing. I had done a similar test in a Jillian Michaels' book and I totally agree that people have different metabolic types too. My family has Type 2 diabetes, so I have tried the South Beach diet, and in reading it, it makes a lot of sense for some with that type of metabolism. I also have friends that are more of the "carbo" type so I have seen those different metabolic types first hand.
I will have to look further at the food combining and choices offered for the different types.. I follow the "protein" type making sure I have protein with every meal and snack and fiber.
Great website resource!! Thanks for sharing!

80/20 rule.. is something like: If you eat well 80 % of the time, it is OK to indulge 20% of the time?
Guess if you think of 80% of the time you stick to your diet and fitness goals, then 20% of the time "not perfect" is OK?

I didnt' read all of this one, but it looks good.

Hi there, thanks for the add. Looks like you are well on your way in the weightloss department!! Congrats. I have two kiddos and my best advice is ...that it sounds like you are right on track already!!.. improving your fitness and getting to a healthy weight before getting pregnant sounds like a great strategy for a healthy pregnancy and post pregnancy body!!
    Best of luck!! emoticon
