My Goals:
2017 Lose 11 pounds in the Winter Challenge.


Meet new people and socialize more...my area doesn't offer any groups which is unusual for Florida, but I live in an area that is for mostly working people.


My Program:
 I plan on exercising at least 10 minutes per day

 I lost 15 lbs in 2016 so it was a positive year. Didn't lose as much as I would of liked to but the scale went down.
