    Tonight is Power Clean, Push Press and Thursters. Rx is 95# for girls, but the most I've ever done is 65# , but I was doing most of my lifts at 55.5 lbs, so I think I might try to get the 32.5 lb bar, and just put on additional 15# on each side, and if I need to adjust mid WOD, I can fairly easily.

    It's going to be a whirl wind trip. We fly into LAX (9pm) stay in LA for the night, and then wake up, enjoy a little LA and then to Ojai, where my friend is getting married, on Sunday, and then we leave Monday AM. I'm thinking I might try a drop in class in LA, but we'll see how confident I feel in a month.

    I have until the day of the race (5/6). I've already paid for it... it's just do I have the training to do it. I was reading Coach CuJo's blog and it made me more optomistic about the race. I'm just going to try running, and do more outside where I can run at a slower pace and not feel bad. I think I pushed it when I was on the TM.
