My goal is to loss 100 pounds. That is the weight I felt my best. I gained a lot of weight when I quit smoking and also found out I have a under active thyroid. My health is steadily getting worse because of my weight gain. I am having a great deal of pain in my feet which keeps me from excising. I can't even walk very far.

The things I now can do:
Touch my toes.
Tie my shoes without putting my foot up in a chair
Walk better than I have in over a year.
Wipe my butt with ease
Wash the dishes without having to sit 2 or 3 times in between finishing them.
Walk up the stairs without losing my breath, or pulling myself up them with the banister.
Haven't had a cheeseburger in 30 weeks and it doesn't bother me.
Being able to cross my legs ( which I haven't been able to do in years)
Being a happier person.#1

4/27/2015 carried a laundry basket of clothes up two flights of stairs,
5/5/15 get on and off my bike with ease.
5/20/15 Ride my bike 5 miles.
6/1/15 Feel really good about myself.
6/5/15 work in the garden for 2 hours with only stopping to rest 2 times.
7/17/2015 Can ride my bike with out the fear of falling when I get off the bike. And can ride for a good 30 minutes without getting to tired.

Tracking the food I eat daily.
