I saw that you lost five pounds, just wanted to give you a High Five. I remember a friend in high school lost five or ten pounds and it didn't seem too impressive until she took out five pounds of butter from the refrig. Seeing five lbs on the counter makes more of a visual impact. I saw a similar exercise with adding ankle weights, wrist weights and so on until it equal the amount you lost so far. When you feel the difference, you can appreciate that your body no longer had to carry this weight all the time. 3422 days ago
