Hi i'm Tonya just had a tough year, but here I am feeling better then ever, taken off almost 50 lbs in the past 5 month thanks too Atkins! I tried the low fat, whole grain, lemonade, grapefruit, and starvation working out every day 1 hour just every diet you can imagine I did it. I finally just got to the point started to eat everything. I gave up. One day went to my dr's and asked for the dreaded diet pills, I was soo desperate he gave me phentermine which helped me soo much with energy and appetite but you know i've been off them now 2 months and still able to eat right and lost an additional 8 lbs! So don't give up Atkins is worth a try I love it, found that it works for me so i'm just sticking to it. Good luck my friends and don't give up ok.

My Goals:
Happy to say i've changed this since last year. I am losing with ATKINS and plan to live this way, sugar free I am just so glad to have found something that actually I can stick with and wow my clothes are big on me will get a new video up soon, I'M JUST HERE TO SAY I'M BACK EVERYONE. My Program:
Hi everyone it's now been a year since being on my page, things went bad I gave up gained all my weight back and more, January 31st 2011 hit 212 so not proud of myself for that, although i'm very pleased to say i've found the right plan for me, before it took me 3 months just to lose 13 lbs and this was starving and working out religeously every day. New improved progran i've stuck to it til now 2 months and love it lost 30 lbs ATKINS! can you believe it? I love it i'm not hungry I feel awesome and no craving!



Personal Information:
I am 35 years old and I started out weighing 212 this was the highest weight I have ever been. Everytime I diet I fail and end up gaining more and more, this is why I have decided this has to be for life not just short term til I lose the weight. I am a extremest either im going all out or im really really bad so I am choosing to not cheat anymore, from now on it is going to be not depriving myself but allowing myself the foods I love but just making them healthy! Why didn't I do this before? Hope any of this helps you out in your journey I am soo excited about losing weight and being healthy! This is definately the new me.. ATKINS!


Other Information:
I am also a huge fan of Marilyn Monroe and love her quote "All little girls should be told they're beautiful even if they're not"

    First of all you are a great spirit. Only one thing is wrong that I can see. You are a beautiful woman and you are really hard on yourself. We as humans make mistakes all the time or slip off our healthy way but sweetheart, tomorrow is another day and whatever happened the day before should be learned and forgotten. Keep up the fight. I am on so many medications that I gain even if I sneeze but I got to believe I will lose this 110lbs. Have a great week end. Sandy emoticon emoticon

    I know how many calories I burn when I workout because I use a heart rate monitor. It's more accurate than what exercise machines read because it calculates all of your personal info (height, weight, age) and keeps track of your heart rate the entire duration of the workout. The one I use is the Polar F6. I got it after I read so many positive reviews and although I can't compare it to other models, I'm super happy with it! I feel naked working out without it! lol
