    Yes, those wraps are just a waste. I tried them thinking, "Well, I don't expect miracles, but if it helps my weight, loss, why not?" NOTHING. I was only out a few bucks, but it was annoying. I always know better!!! Thanks for stopping by my blog!

    My food intake is horrible! I agree that food can make me happy. I was watching something that said that food can release the good feeling hormones in your brain just like drugs. Ugh. So I'd like to find some other things in my life that make me happy. But what are they? haha.
    I'm not super active. I've been going to yoga twice a week but that just started like 3 weeks ago. It's something that my friends will do with me, because they don't like running. I also walk on the track while my daughter is at cheer and then volleyball. That's about it. I'd like to do more, but I have a hard time finding the energy after yoga. It wipes me out for a few days. haha.

    Are you tracking your food intake? I find that's hard to do, and I'm sure that that is part of my problem.
