Finally, despite hypothyroidism/meds and being post-menopausal, and almost 14 years on SparkPeople, those last pesky 20 pounds I've carried for years are gone. It took getting control over sugar!! I'm nearly 61 and I've not been at this weight for 20 years! I'm playing with where I want to reset my goal weight (since I reached the original goal), hoping to lose another 5 pounds. Finally, despite hypothyroidism/meds and being post-menopausal, and almost 14 years on SparkPeople, those last pesky 20 pounds I've carried for years are gone. It took getting control over sugar!! I'm nearly 61 and I've not been at this weight for 20 years! I'm playing with where I want to reset my goal weight (since I reached the original goal), hoping to lose another 5 pounds. We'll see if my body cooperates. I figured out what my "happy weight" is and I'm content with that, but another 5 pounds would give me room to play with in maintenance.
I've cleaned up my teams and my Spark friends. Most importantly, I joined a very important team: At Goal and Maintaining + Transition to Maintenance. They have a great page of resources that I'm starting to work my way through. My goal with this team: SET MYSELF UP FOR MAINTENANCE SUCCESS!!

I used to be on Weight Watchers, using their online tools. I want to track more than what WW has available (sodium, potassium, calcium).
I also have a full gym available at work (free of charge) for the first time. I plan to use it.
