I have come to the conlusion my problem is myself. As mush as I want and need to loose weight for my son, for my health, it has to be for me and for what I want to do, otherwise I would continue to make excuses. This time around it is for me!!!!!!!!!!!! I have to "man up" get off my butt and work out! Get off the couch and play games with my son, run around the house and outside with him. I need to grow up, I may be being harcsh on myslef but enough is enough, i need to grow up and take ...

Fitness Minutes: 821

My Goals:
Well my overall goal is to loose weight in a safe and healthy manner to be ulimately a healthier person. I am doing one thing at a time though. I am starting with the weight then eventually I plan to quit smoking.

My Program:
 Well everymorning I have cereal for breakfast with skim milk, it probides all the necessary vitamins, then for lunce I have a sandwich and a fruit, dinner varies night to night but I have been having alot of baked chicken, then I have one snack a little after dinner. I do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred 3 times a week. I have been researching treadmills and plan to buy my first one in a couple of weeks inwhich I will use daily ontop of the shred.


Personal Information:
Well I currently live in silver creek, we just bought our first house. I love my town and the people in it are awesome.
