I'm 49 years old and living in the lovely state of Colorado. I love living here where there are plenty of places to walk. I'm also working on getting my butt out of bed and walking on a Treadclimber 5 days a week. Paying more attention to what I'm eating as well. Going to lose 125 pounds by this time next year.

 I love reading Stephen King and theology books. I'm not big on movies, but I like the occasional flick at the drive in. Yes we still have a drive in here.

    Hey, thanks for the well wishes after my bike accident last week! Got my bike back, and the driver even paid me for the repairs. Amazing! Now I just have to wait FOREVER for this rain to let up so I can get back on the road regularly! This 15 pounds isn't gonna lose itself. emoticon

    Hi! Thanks so much for your input on my blog. I'm so sorry you have to deal with fibro too but I must admit I am always glad to hear from people who I can tell really understand what I'm describing. And I have what I consider to be a moderate case! That is, my fatigue comes and goes but i can almost always function through it.

    Anyway, I will try the milk idea if I can ever eat dairy again! Meanwhile, let me know how you do taking it slowly. I'll be cheering for you!
