Fitness Minutes: 2,967

My Goals:
My new goal is to weigh 140 lbs. on my 40th birthday. That's what I weighed when I cheered in High School. Hey, with God all things are possible right?

My Program:
 On the nutrition side, I'm trying to drink more water, cut out caffeine, don't eat unless I'm hungry and stop when I first feel full. As for exercise, I'm trying to get in 10,000 steps a day (hasn't happened yet). My goal is to have three ten minute sessions of exercise every day.


Personal Information:
I am a Pastor's Wife (my husband is the most wonderful man in the world--we've been happily married almost 21 years) and mother of two great kids ages 15 and 10.

    Hey Jen! I love your page...the background pic is BEAUTIFUL!!! You said you do not have alot on here and did I have any suggestions... well you have the most important stuff and the rest will come as you learn more about spark, etc...

    If you have questions, ask, If I do not know the answer or do not get to you quickly enough, someone will. I think you will love this comunity and I am so proud of you for the 11 pounds gone, that is just awesome!

    As far as spark teams, this is my suggestion. WHEN you are ready for that part of SP, you will need to search spark teams and just join one at a time and interact there a few weeks, if it is a good fit stay, if not, move on and leave the team and then find another one to explore. i DO suggest a small team at first, you can see how many is on the team on their team page. This way you are not as overwhelmed. I need to leave or "unjoin" some of my teams that I am not active on.

    Also, and sorry this is so long, I notice you do not have a profile pic. You can always use a picture if you do not want to use one of you, OR you can got to the my virtual model website and create a virtual model to post on here, that is what some do.

    Ok, holler if you need help figuring something out.

It helps so much to chat with others, get their encouragement and support. We become like family.
