Healthy & Happy


With spark people's help I came in 2nd in a community "Biggest Looser" contest this past summer and I have changed my eating habits living healthier and feeling great. My goal now is to maintain a weight between 136 & 139 and to continue to exercise. A big part of my summer weight loss was walking and with Michigan winter weather I have been lacking in the exercise area. I have joined the New You Bootcamp contest in hopes to pickup my exercise habits.

Happily married, three grown children, two are married and one in college. I live in a rural community and work at an Optometrist, and I'm our township treasurer. My husband and I also farm.
