Introduction Text I have never been in my ideal weight range. At 5'8" with a medium frame, I am aiming for 150 as my goal weight (the top number for my ideal weight randge). I successfully lost over 30lbs doing keto a few years ago. At my thinnest, I got down to 166lbs. I was still technically overweight. I looked pretty good, but I still didn't have a flat stomach. Unfortunately, I took on a very stressful job and was no longer able to keep up my diet and the weight packed back on. My clothes are too small, and I do not feel good about myself. I want to look and feel better, and regain some confidence and self-worth. I need to take action now. Weight loss goals/rewards 180lbs - Fit back into my brown leather pants 170lbs - Fit back into my black leather pants 160lbs - New clothes 150lbs - Goal tattoo!!!

First, I want to get back to the weight I was at after Nutrisystem. Then I will continue on to get to my goal. I want to start working out weekday mornings (3-5x per week) and at least 1x on the weekend.

I need to start going to bed earlier so that I can wake up early to work out. That way I can get to work earlier and burn calories all day at my desk. Then, when I come home at night, I can relax and cook dinner and do chores. I already drink a lot of water, but I need to get back into eating more fruits and vegetables.

I'm a web editor for a major broadcast company's website. I was originally pursuing television production, but couldn't get a job in the field. I am, however, very happy with what I am doing now. :) I live in Atlanta and absolutely love it. I've been here for more than five years now. I have great friends, and I love everything the city has to offer. Growing up in a small town really makes you appreciate the big city!
