87 POUNDS! I've been working on myself for 2 years and going. It hasn't been easy but I did it and so can you.

I want to thank SP for all the knowledge and entertainment it's provided me over the years. I've tracked meals, tried recipes, and meet some wonderful people. Life hasn't been easy and still isn't but to give up on ourselves is worse.

I've been wanting to lose weight for years and at a down and out point in my life I found it my shining light. I heard of SP in a magazine and it's given me so much motivation and so much help.

I found this quote on the website and well had to laugh and smile, which I love to do often. I have to agree I need to try a little bit harder in the motivation department not the bathing I got that under control :)

My Goals:
My NEW and IMPROVED goals:

I want to get to 130-135 pounds.

I want to tighten my thighs and arms.

My Program:
I've been eating better and watching the calories and types of food I eat. I do need to eat healthier foods that are lower in sodium and carbs.

I'm finding myself hungry and over eating the calories. I need to incorporate lower cal foods so I get more on my plate. (VEGGIES would help and I'm lacking in that department and I don't know why bc I lovem'.)

Personal Information:
I live in Virginia and am originally from New Jersey. I have always been heavy my whole life and 2 years I decided to change how heavy I am. I'm a happy go lucky person who is always smiling and loves a great laugh.

I know and have been told I am a very hard working, dedicated person in life. I love the outdoors and well want to eventually get into biking but for leisure. I would love to do a hiking trip with a group of people one day so I have to keep my ear out on the team blog pages.

Other Information:
I really love watching movies and reading books. I read fiction.

I like going outdoors and doing things when the weather is great. I honestly don't have a load of friends so buddying up to excercise is a problem but than again I like focusing on working out hard and I might get caught up in chit chatting bc I love talking and having a good laugh.

I like my friend time to be fun and full of laughter. So send me a note and we can share a lugh or two sometime.

    Thanks everyone. I'm trying my best to go to the gym I really am. I need to stop and think do I really wanna lose the last 25lbs in my battle. I need to focus on that work hard at it and than when it's lost see back that I did it. But I can say it and well doing it is a toughie.

    I must say though my plateau is breaking bc I lost 3lbs this past week by changing my diet up and eating more fruit and veggies.

    Great job on your weight loss, keep it going. I need motivation as well, thanks for the add. I work nights about twice a week and those days I don't feel like working out, but I just need to get organized and it's not to easy with my 1 year old but I know it's possible.
