Out to do a full 180 on my life from doing my dream job, losing weight, getting in shape, stopping smoking. It is time to become that person I always wanted to be.

My Program:
For Diet
I will be trying the Macrobiotic Diet program. It seems really healthy and easy, as well as something I can do for the rest of my life.

For working out

I will be starting slowly with just walking using the zombie walk
then moving into running as I get better in shape.

I will also add workout DVDs
I have spent a whole lot of money over the years on workout videos but have never tried them so now my chance. I made a list in the order I will be doing given each about 2 months unless they say they need long before moving to the next one. So here is my plan I will add an x to each one after I do the 2 months all are from beach body cause I love them

1. Youv2
2. County heat
3. 21-day fix
4. PiYo.

should be in ok shape at this point so moving on to the hard stuff

1. Focus t25
2. TurboFire
3. core de force
4. insanity
5. insanity max 30

Should be down to my goal weight and looking good by now so time to tone right?

Personal Information:
35 about to be 26 mom of 3 in Florida. I have really bad anxiety and dresspsion, and for the last 8 years or so I have hardly left my bed. last week I went to the er for what I thought was a heart attack was kept overnight luckily I was ok and my heart is fine, but it woke me up that I need to do something. I have a dream in my head of what I want the future to be but yet I'm not doing anything to make it happen. So that is what I'm doing right now. I' ll just need some friend to help me stay on track and keep motivated


Other Information:
It is really hard to me to stay motivated and keep interested in anything for more than five mins. So I'm looking for a few friends that would like to help motivate each other and keep each other going. Please massage me if you would like to do that.

    Are you interested in a Challenge?

    The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 10 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Spring challenge will be getting started the beginning of March. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meet your needs.
