Goals are:
Get 5 minutes excersize per day more than the previous week
Lose 1pound of weight a week and keep it off
Be positive and healthy

My Program:
 Stretch excesises daily.
5portions fruit and veg per day
Callcium and Omega3 supplements
Loads of work

    Born today (Jan. 27), you are something of a prodigy, and you will display remarkable creative talents when quite young, but this in itself is no guarantee of success.
