My Goals:
Goals are:
Get 5 minutes excersize per day more than the previous week
Lose 1pound of weight a week and keep it off
Be positive and healthy

My Program:
 Stretch excesises daily.
5portions fruit and veg per day
Callcium and Omega3 supplements
Loads of work

Even if it seems very little, you are doing more than the person who is sitting on the sofa. So spend you thoughts on thinking about moving each day and keep focused on your goal!
