    Thank you for your comment on my blog today. I do plan on coming back fighting tomorrow. I just hope that I can still weigh in without a gain. It's awful when a few hours can mess up a week's worth of good behaviour. Then again, that's the problem of focusing on the number on the scale.

    on your first smoke-free day - I quit 5 years ago after more attempts than I can remember -

    I found it helpful to think of being smoke-free rather than "not smoking" - drink lots of water to help wash the toxins out of your system.
