    You are doing a great job blogging. Some people don't put anything meaningful. So...
    -you have the time to go to the gym
    -you are trying to find an alternative drink
    -your stomache is bothering you
    -your considering activia

    Any of these could be turned into a streak.
    1. What would you do at the gym? Do you have an i-pod you can listen to? A friend of mine downloads her favorite books to listen to. I got one from the library that was a good motivation as I sais I would only listen to it when I was walking.
    2. Drinks that are good for you.... green tea is supposed to be amazing. There are so many flavours now so it is like an adventure finding one that suits my mood. I don't like them all but goji berry and chai are good hot or cold. Water is my best standby. I need a filter when I visit some people. I don't like the idea of buying water but I don't like the taste of city water. We are on a well and ours is great.
    -stomache aches are not nice. I think I shared with you that we thought my daughter was lactose intolerant... and it turned out to be flour causing the problem. It could be a streak to try not drinking milk or eating icecream.... see if it makes a difference. I think they suggest 7 days without a certain food and see if the symptoms go away.
    -Yogurt -= well that is a great idea if it IS lactose as those little bacteria are supposed to gobble up lactose. Besides, you can do the dance, have a laugh, have an excuse to be goofy.
