    Girl, I'm trying. I actually could have done more than that but I didn't walk on my breaks. Last week at work was a busy week. It's hard though. At curves when I started I was only burning an average of 450/day, 3 times a week and that's all I was doing. Now I'm in the 580 range...but I finally broke 600 the other day. And I'm trying to go more than just 3 times. So That's what's helping me. But I really wanna focus on my walking. I can do all these exercises involving my upper body and mid section, but when it comes to my lower half, I struggle.

    just lots of fruits and veggies, I eat about 5-12 servings a day and always stay at the top of my calorie range. Seems to be working for me. Oh, also breakfast is my biggest meal of the day
