Introduction Text Hello Spark Family!!! I started out on Spark a little over 2 years ago, during that time in which I was on a medical supervised diet where I lost 30 lbs, gained 28, lost 51 lbs, gained 57 lbs a roller coaster to say the least. But I bless God for my losses and even gains! I have been a insulin dependent diabetic for 16 years now, I count it a blessing to not have suffered any major complications as it pertains to my diabetes. I have struggled with weight all my life and in the past few years have been making efforts to do something about....after much prayer and research, I have decided to have Weight Loss Surgery(WLS). I know there are many opinions regarding WLS but I am not concerned with opinions, my only concern in life is GOD's APPROVAL. On August 26th I under went my WLS.....and so here we go...........

My goal is to reach a healthy weight, possibly a little less than 150 which is average for my height.

WLS - still have to eat healthy and exercise!
