Fitness Minutes: 3,595

My Goals:
50 pounds.
Keep a food diary for the duration of my onlinw class. (Feeling/Hunger Level/ Portions/ Preparation) within 30 min of eating.
Prepare breakfast – on the evening before 9 pm to avoid rushed feeling in the morning and savour the morning meal.
After I walk the dog do 19 minutes on exercise bike , 5 times a week, until end of April then reevaluate


My Program:
 join spark, measure food, food diary, doing on line course.

I like to read non fiction and watch movies on the weekend.
