October 2017. I have taken a long break from calorie counting. And imagine this ... I have gained weight in the process. Working on overall health. How do foods make me feel? How much energy do I have?

My Goals:
To get under 240 - and then add running back into my exercise routine






My Program:
 I exercise 5 - 6 times a week aiming for a weekly calorie burn of 3000.

I count calories & track ALL my food


Personal Information:
I live in Ohio. My husband & I have 3 grown children.

Other Information:
 I work full-time at Chase. I love to read & to watch movies.
