    ok... so I was soooo inspired today, here's what I did...

    30 min walk with Dakota (he's a husky mix)
    10 min walk with the Knucklehead Sisters (they are great danes)
    25 min bike ride with my 13 yo son

    and that, was pretty much enough to set me back on my butt and make the rest of the day seem like all I was doing was scrambling to catch up with things that I put off... I didn't like the way that felt, but I did get an awful lot done today... see my blog about my schedule and you'll see, I was insane...

    It looks like you and I are at just about the same weight. Yesterday on the message boards you said you just wanted someone to tell you to get off your butt and do something. So, I had to do it. Now, here's the deal. I've also got a problem with getting off my butt and exercising. Most of what I've lost so far has come off by changing my eating habits. I believe our bodies work much more efficiently when we stop throwing garbage in them and start giving them the high powered nutrition.

    Okay, that being said, just changing the food habit is not enough. We definitely need the exercise as well. So what I'm looking for is someone to keep an eye on me and just ask me each day, "So, what was the exercise today?" I still feel bad that the first response I ever gave you was "Get off your butt and do something" (even though I was giving you what you asked for. So, how about it? Will you help me out by passing me that question each day? I'll do the same in return for you, and maybe just having to answer that question to someone will be enough to make us actually get off our butts and exercise....
