Okay I have not done anything in over 3 months, no exercise to speak of, no real control on my eating habits, nothing. It is time to get on with life and make the changes.

I started exercising April 2007 2-3 times per week. I currently go to the gym 5-6 days per week. My biggest challenge is portion control as I tend to struggle with that. I have 2 beautiful teenage girls and a wonderful husband. I want to be healthy and fit. This is an ongoing journey and I will see it to the end. I am DONE being the Fat Girl!

My Goals:
My goal is to lower my weight and continue to embrace eating healthy.
I would love to get my youngest daughter to embrace the healthy eating and exercise options so she can feel good about herself.
No longer be the FAT Girl!

My Program:
I exercise 5-6 days per week. Generally I go to the gym and attend cardio kick boxing, spinning and work ont he machines.

I strength train 3 times per week.

I walk during my lunch for at least 20 minutes.

Monitor and track all food eaten.

Personal Information:
I am from Northern Kentucky. I have 2 wonderful girls 14 and 16. I have a great husband of 19 years and served our wonderful country for 11 years in the US Navy.
I am a dog lover all the way. Currently I only have the 2 Doxies.
I also have box turtles, lizard and a bird.

Other Information:
I love to read, I prefer Nora Roberts, Fern Michealsa Mary Higgins CLark, but I will read just about anything.

I am attempting to learn to stamp.
