Introduction Text I am 47 years old, 252#, and my real name is Sheri. I work as an administrative assistant, live in Muskegon MI and have 5 grandchildren. I'm thankful for my loving husband . I have struggled with my weight all my teen & adult life. I did successfully lose weight just before I met my husband in 1995. Since I got married I have put back on the weight and weigh more now than I ever have. Poor husband. I am looking for support from this website to help me gain control over my eating and become a physically fit person. I don't want to be fat anymore yet I struggle so hard with my eating habits. I am very outgoing and would love to gain friends from this adventure I have decided to participate in.

Id like to be able to reach my shoes without grunting. 1.Limit soda intake to 20 oz daily. 2.increase water intake to 32 oz daily this month and increase by eight oz every week there after until proper daily amount is reached. 3. Look in full mirror twice a week (I barely do now. 4. Blog at least 4 x week. 5. exercise at least 4 x week.

Control intake of fast foods. Drink water and eat breakfast.
