    Hi there,

    Just checking in! I read your post on 40 something's, and I just wanted to say, try not to sweat the gain too much. We all falter, this is a journey not a race. At least you are still here, sparking. Zombie Lover was right about leaning on each other, I always say : keep your support close when you need it most!

    Struggling this month seems to be occurring with alot of people. Keep on keeping on, and remember that it is so true that small steps add up to something big! I have had a tough spell, and I just blogged about "Walking the Walk". Seems I can talk the talk, encourage others, but have trouble supporting myself and actually getting the exercise. The out pouring of support and comments from my spark friends was humbling!

    Ok the best discription I can give is that if you took your breast and pulled it out as far as you can get it to stretch and put it on a cold table of shelf and layed (gently) a 5lb book on it for 30 seconds. That would be it. No real pain.
