***UPDATE***
I've done it! I reached my goal August 7, 2010. It took me just over 3 months to lose 41 lbs. I am now training for a half-marathon. I have two 10ks on my schedule, one in Sept 2010 and one in Oct 2010. I am now in maintenance mode. Not sure if I will lose much more weight although I'm sure 5 or so more lbs will come off while training. Its a great feeling to accomplish something so life changing.

I'm a 36 year old wife and mother of 3. After having 2 babies back to back I lost control of my eating and my exersize. I'm now getting back control of my life and loving every minute of it. I'm eating right and I've started jogging again. My goal is to jog a 5k before then end of the summer and by early fall I hope to climb the Incline in under 2 hours.

My Goals:
My 1st goal is to reach 160 before June 26th for my BIL's wedding. At this rate that should not be a problem. I want to reach my total weight loss goal by Oct 1st, 2010.

Fitness goal is to jog a 5k by the end of the summer and by Oct 1st, do complete the Incline in under 2 hours.


My Program:
I'm walking/jogging 6 out of 7 days. Most days pushing a double jogging stroller with kids (approx 85 lbs). We go 2-4 miles depending on which park we are aiming for.

I have also cut my carbs dramatically. I eat less than 30 per day. I try to eat 100 g of protein everyday, but that one has been hard to reach on a consistent basis.

My greatest support has ben my husband. He started this journey with me and in the process has lost 13 lbs thus far.
