It all started in 2012 when I stumbled upon this site, I was amazed but I didn't come out the gate running, I lagged but the support of SparkPeople inspired me into action. Slowly, I became more active then progressed into a beast losing 70+ pounds with no aids of any kind. Fast forward to now : I've gained some of it back but I also gained so much knowledge and insight about myself. I've learned my strengths and weaknesses so now I'm fully armed with the tools to succeed completely this time. God is good indeed. Onward & upward. I'll update this page as necessary but I have work to do.

Fitness Minutes: 164,992

My Goals:
Perseverance is my motivation. I'm allowing Active Annie full control of my fitness : 70 minutes cardio ; 60 minutes of other activities ( strength training, yoga, resistance training, pilates, kickboxing or cross fit ). Overall, I'm seeking progress not perfection.

My Program:
Eat according to my meal plan. Exercise 5-6 days every week, no exceptions. Drink more water and track every drop. Journal most days. Remain positive and enjoy every moment. To continue loving me just as I am and to understand that things don't always go according to plan.

Personal Information:
I stepped back, looked at myself and now I have me all figured out. I discovered my calorie and fitness needs through so much trial and error, I'm ready to apply it .

Other Information:
I believe that drive, focus desire & determination are the keys to success once you get your mind on board.
I SURVIVED a sugar addiction and now I have the control because God is able Who enables me, I'm so grateful & thankful :-)
