I am a contradictory individual. I am a very sweet, understanding, romantic, outgoing, active, random, funny, smart, friendly, and self-confident...on certain days. I can also be a tad materialistic, quite, debating oriented, and untrusting. I'm a fighter by nature and I tend to set extreamly high goals for myself and I always push until I reach them.

I'm a cat mommy, student (medical major w/minor in business), HR manager, mentor, ya ya, foodie, Texan, and down right crazy. If there is anything you want to know about me just ask.

Fitness Minutes: 5,645

My Goals:
Get back in shape so I can enjoy life more.

Get toned and athletic.

Get back into swimming .

Be that woman I always told myself I would be.

My Program:
8+ glasses of water a day

Walk as many miles as I can a day (ave 4 per week)

Strength training 20-30 minutes. 4 days a week

Eating tons of fruits, veggies, protein, and whole grains


And just trying to be healthy and enjoy the process of changing my life for the better.

Personal Information:
I'm originally from Texas (and proud of it!!!) but I've bounced all over the US throughout my life.

I finally settled down in the Bay Area, CA about a year ago to be with my boyfriend.

I'm 22, vegetarian going vegan, and probably the most clutzy person you will ever meet.

Other Information:
I love reading, swimming, hiking, talking long walks, the ocean, watching movies, listening to music, and travel.

    Thats great that you got down off your plateu even over the holidays emoticon I just got a gym membership and went 3days this goal was 5days a week..but got sick with a cold/cough so that didnt happen... I just need to work on the eating part..I can be good for 3-4days max lol and then I slip up and eat someting Totally TErrible! So gotta work on that....

    believe me...jello is a life saver emoticon to me at least...i make it at home myself so it's extremely cheap and basically calorie free,so whenever i get cravings for something sweet,that's what i'll eat....we'll see how long i can eat it until i get sick of it...then i'm in trouble emoticon

    i don't think my husband really cares how much i weigh...which is good,because you never know...maybe in 20 years i decide to start eating pancakes every day emoticon i'm getting a lot of compliments from him though,which keep me going....he eats whatever he wants,whenever he wants so sometimes it's not easy to look at him eating twinkies and cookies all night long,but i've found that jello with lite cool whip and low fat ice cream with fruit can be as good as any dessert emoticon
