Introduction Text Hello everyone! I have been a member of Spark People since July 18, 2004. I have lost twenty pounds by walking and tracking my food. I am a firm believer that Spark People is not a diet. Spark people is an amazing tool to help you reach your goals, and to teach you how to become healthy for life!!

My long term goal is to reach a goal weight of 140-150 and get healthy! Short term goal to lose 20 pounds by my 45nd birthday in February!

I exercise 4-5 days a week, alternating cardio with strength training. I enjoy swimming and walking the most and want to do more strength training to increase my endurance.

I am originally from Baltimore, MD and moved to Austin, TX 11 years ago. I am a 44 year young mom of two wonderful children, and got married on September 17, 2005! I would love to hear from other people who are on a journey to fitness! My e-mail address is: Austinmusiclvr@yahoo.com
