GOING-STRONG
Hi Andi! So nice to see a little activity in our North Coast Chat! Cool that you have a Fitbit Flex. I used a Nike Fuelband for over 2 years but after going through 3 of them (under warranty thank goodness) for one problem or another I switched it FitBit. Would love to be Fitbit friends with you. SEEMAAHBY
Hi Andi Its me Seema., Thanks for your comment. I have been trying zumba for 1 year now but I was not so regular on it 2months before. It was either once in a week or once in two weeks. Once one week I did it 3 times alternatively for one hour in a day. but at the end of the third day I felt heaviness in my chest and difficulty to breath . I went to the hospital to find myself with irregular ECG patterns and very low sodium and potassium levels in my blood. As you see I was also on a diet with SP. But you know what, my doctor came into my room with a smile and said "Keep up the good work. There's nothing wrong just some replacement needed thats all." I was like 'that's all' I almost faced death. He gave me ORS solution to drink a liter every day and asked me to come next week. I did so, and I felt stronger than before, my heart started to feel strong again. So I do zumba 30 min in the morning and bollywood dance in the evening for 30 mins using the same zumba steps. It turned out to be the greatest fun I've ever have. Thats when I started losing weight very effectively. Keep doing it. Have a great Zumbaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa........ 3104 days ago
