Hi, I set myself on a step deadline, for example : I aim to get 10,000 steps before 7 or 8 a.m every morning, I also began a self created challenge which includes obtaining 13,500 steps every single day for 1 whole year which began on October 9, 2016. Today's steps were accumulated through a combination of walking ~ jogging ~ hiit & dancing with my 1st walk completed @ 7:15 a.m. and I also covered 2 short walks for a total of 17,450 steps & going for the 20,000 before midnight. 1555 days ago
