After being a part of the spark family for a couple of months now, i have learned the most important factor to win this battle. It is not a diet. It is a lifestyle change. In order to win, i have to change what i put into my mouth. Eat more lean meats, whole grains, veggies and fruits for snack time and increase my water intake. I need to get up off my butt and M.O.V.E. Nothing happens by sitting on your behind.

I have learned and witnessed thru some awsome friends and others here on SP that with hard work and consistancy, change does happen. In 2011, my goal is to see better results than i did in 2010. I plan to make the best choices possible everyday to help me reach my goals of being healthier, slimmer, and more fit. I plan to work hard and be consistant with everything.

~My Children
~Be more confident in myself, increase self esteem
~Have more energy and be more fit
~Have my clothes fit better
~Wear a two piece to the beach(oh yes!)
~Stop avoiding mirrors
~Firm up and be stronger
~Run a 5K

Goals for weight loss:
5 lbs~pedicure
10 lbs~new workout clothes
15 lbs~pedicure and manicure
20 lbs~3 outfits and bikini

My Goals:
-Change the way i look at the word DIET

-Attack one problem at a time

-Gain more energy

-Do more with the kids

-Get into a size 9/10 or smaller

-Fit into my lil black dress

-Feel more sexier

-Think positive thoughts and positive outcomes

Weigh-ins on Mondays:
SW: 172.5 - 6/1/12

My Program:
-Cardio: 5 days/wk for 30 min. (Will increase as time progress)

-ST: 3 days/wk for 15 min (will increase as time progress)

-Drink@ least 8 glasses of water daily

-Stay in calorie range of 1200-1500 calories/day

-Eat 6 small meals.

-Add more fruit and veggies to my diet

-Cut back on fried food, fast food, junk food, and soda

-Stay motivated from my team members nd friends on spark.

I am a family oriented woman and i loooove my children. They mean the world to me. Nothing like seeing them play together everyday. I love cooking and trying new dishes. I enjoy watching movies, listening to music, dancing and shopping And i love Me time. I enjoy getting pedicures, massages and just plain relaxing.

    Hey chica! Thanks for ALWAYS checking on me emoticon . Its been soooooo long since i been on, i forgot which team i was on but i needed some motivation n encouragement that i just requested to join in. Now i done started working, which i havent worked since 07. And boy are they killing me emoticon Dont feel like doing anything when i get off. but i hope i will find time to get on here n get a lil motivated with this challenge.
