Fighting it all my life


You name it..I have been on it! Weight Watchers, diet pills, diet doctors, TOPS, self hypnosis, protein drinks, Deal a Meal, meal substitutes, high protein, low fat, etc. I have lost and gained a whole person in my lifetime. Have two wonderful grandbabies, and MAN it's hard to get down on the floor. I am worth FINALLY sticking with it , losing weight and helping my health.

My Goals:
To finally lose weight and keep it off. But not trying to be skinny!
Keep my cholesterol and stroke or heart attack chances low.
Give these poor ole joints a 'break'.

My Program:
 Eating sensibly.
Drinking more fluids.
Get and give encouragement at Boot Camp.
Tracking what I eat, weight loss and gain


Personal Information:
Alabama born and bred. I have two grown kids and two grandbabies (hopefully not the last!) My job title is optometric technician, been at it for over 20 years.
A true couch potato, I love tv, reading and playing on my computer.

    Sara, I just wanted to drop by and tell you how glad I am that you've decided to rejoin us on the Boot Camp team. You are such a joy to know and we've all missed you bunches!!! Like you, I've put back some of the weight I had lost, but I'm determined to keep on trying. Hang in there friend!! I know we can do this.
