    We need to get back into our afternoon walks!

    You should put a picture up on your space and I recommend that you blog here. That is just writing about you food choices and what is going on and what your dreams and hopes and wishes are.

    When you have your goals lined out just send them to me via work email and I will create a desktop for you. I have decided to go from long term goals to weekly goals. I think weekly goals are going to be easier for me to wrap my mind around to stay on track I mean after all it is just for a week right? Then I will go to the next week and have goals for then and so on. We can do this!!!!! We really can!!! It will be long and hard but I am here for you ANYTIME and WE WILL DO THIS!

    Hello Sequimgirl! I have been a sparky since about november of last year. It's been a VERY hard struggle for me. Especially with all this nasty weather we've been having. I have gone from setting lots of goals to no i just take it one day at a time. If I can make it through the day with out eating junk (which i do so well.. lol) and walking every morning. That will be one step closer to my long term goals. I can't wait for summer.. I'm sure nice weather will help encourage us along!!
