Introduction Text I am a happily married, mother of two who finally hit the point of doing whatever it takes. I''m giving up sitting in front of the TV to learn about nutrition, living healthy, and feeding my family right. I am a very stressed, very busy, HS English teacher with a pre-schooler and a second grader. Not much time in my day for the extras, but every little bit counts and I have to start somewhere. I am trying to get more involved in life and doing things for myself - though it is not in my nature and as it turns out, is really hard!

First, I would like to become consistent with tracking what I eat every day. Second, I would like to fit exercise into my schedule.

To begin: Exercise for at least 10 minutes a day 3 times a week. Step 2: Increase to 5 times a week. Step 3: Increase by 5 minute increments, still at 5 days a week

I am a mom of two, and a teacher. I have a stressful job and am very busy every day. I am trying to get better with chores around the house and not eating out all the time!
