Hey there! Thanks for stopping by my blogs recently-- I always love when you comment (even if I don't get around to replying!). You can TOTALLY have smokin' hott arms, lady-- no matter your age!!! It's an awesome thing to work toward. Trust me, I didn't START where I am now. Check out some of my pics from last year to see how my arms spread against my sides-- they were pretty flabby wings. It takes a TON of focus and work to get them looking the way you want, but it's worth it. It's not easy just 'cuz I'm young-- it takes lots of strength training! YOU CAN DO IT!!! :) 3685 days ago

I'm eating more beans, cheese, pasta & nuts, but I have a lot of trouble with my blood sugar (reactive hypoglycemia) so it's a challenge to get enough protein. I don't eat soy because I'm a breast cancer survivor and my cancer was an "estrogen lover".
When I do eat meat, it's chicken or fish but I am working on reducing/eliminating those. I have real ethical problems with eating meat now as well as the health issues. 3685 days ago
