Hello There! I hope you had a good weekend. Thanks for letting me know that I'm doing good. It's the stuff that keeps us going.
I did walk 5 of the 7 days and once with hand weights. So I'm happy about that. I think tonight I'm going to do some Pilates cause it has been raining all day here.
I think that the new plan to do it day by day has been easier so far. I just wake up and say... Okay Jackie, today you will do good.
Oh and btw I am using your 80/20 thing. It's helping me. So Thanks again! :)
