Introduction Text My goal for 2011 is the same as it was for 2010. "To become healthy and fit, and in the process, to lose weight." I need to remove 34 pounds instead of my original 50 pounds. I plan to choose healthy foods and move more. I need to accomplish this goal daily and not in spurts. I want to win the turtle race, not lose the rabbit dash. Following Spark People and the Nutrition Plan will help me to reach my goal.

My goals are to remove 50 pounds and to eat healthy.

I plan to follow the Spark suggested food plans as closely as possible. I also plan to work out 5-6 days a week for a minimum of 30 minutes.

I am over 50. I have 50 pounds to lose. I live in the cold north country.
