Thank you for stopping by my page and checking on me! I have been good. :) My running is going as planned. Thank goodness no set backs. LOVE IT! ;) I run 5 miles on Monday and Wednesday and add mileage (long run day) on Fridays. This last Friday I did 6 miles. I LOVE surprising myself when I do it just fine and worry about NOTHING. I do 6.5 miles this Friday. 1rst time doing miles makes me nervous. (ALL my Fri runs are my 1rst of course since I am adding then). I have my 1rst 10k end of May!

Thank you for the comment! :) I'm getting back into the swing of things. My husband and I just moved into our new apartment. Our complex has a 24 hour fitness center (Yay!) Yesterday I did the elliptical for the first time..whew! talk about a workout!! lol and then I did some fast walking on the treadmill. So, hopefully I can stick to this! 3610 days ago
