I saw your comment on Living Healthy in our 50's and Beyond SparkTeam's page.
It is true that weight seems harder to lose once you hit 50, but if you persist in your healthy habits and try to really stay active (even if you have to change the activities you do), you can still succeed in this lifetime journey.
