It's time for a change. I want to be a better version of myself. I want to live a better life. It needs to start here and now. This is my life and only I can change it.

Fitness Minutes: 190

My Goals:
I want to lose 100 pounds. I want to make lifestyle changes that allow me to live a healthy and active life. I want to be happy with who I am and how I look. I want to be the best version of myself that I can be. And, I'd like to have fun doing it.


My Program:
The first thing I am doing is joining SparkPeople. I found this site by a Google search. I need help with motivation and commitment and actually achieving my goals. I am hoping this will help.



Personal Information:
I'm 30 years old. I live in Burlington. I am overweight. I want to change that. I want to be healthy, have more energy, be happy with how I look, and overall be the best me that I can be. I am looking for a buddy or two who I can get together with to help motivate each other. I am also a huge fan of the show "The Biggest Loser."


Other Information:
I am in school part time at Champlain for graphic design. I work full time as a nanny. I need to work full time to pay the bills but currently am more at part time, although I am trying to change this by working a few part time positions into 40-50 hours. I love kids and work well with kids, but I would love to have more energy to run around with them. I get way too tired out way too quickly these days. Although I do believe asthma has something to do with that too, although I'm waiting to be officially tested.
