Hello everyone. I live in Kansas. I want to improve my health and lose 25 pounds.

My Goals:
I want to look and feel good and live a healthy life.

My Program:
 I am not drinking any soda pop. I am trying to eat my food slower and watch my portions. I try to exercise at least 3 or 4 days a week.


Personal Information:
I grew up in Missouri but have called Kansas home since I was 18 years old. I live in the country and enjoy my garden. I have three wonderful children, whom I am very proud of. I have been a vegetarian for 20 years.

Other Information:
 I love to hike when I can. I recently got back from hiking the Grand Canyon with my sister and my 82 years old father.

    I WORK AT A SCHOOL 2 KEEP THEM CLEAN 2:30 - 10:00 SOMETIMES LONGER. WHEN SUMMER HITS I WORK 7:00 - 3:00 ISH. I SHOVEL OVER THERE TOO. IT'S HARD TO GET A GOOD DINNER IN EVERYONE NEEDS ME OVER THERE.BUT I DO EAT HEALTHY THOUGH. UGH GOODIES PIZZA NIGHTS AND DINNERS THINGS. IT MUST BE ROUGH FOR U TOO.
