Making It Happen


What I want to achieve: - To look and feel healthy and fabulous! - To do this via my organic, real food diet ! - To make exercise a routine part of my life.

My Goals:
I reached my initial weight goal, (one I thought I would never reach), and have set a new one!



My Program:
 Walk between 2 and 4 miles 5 times per week and walk between 4 and 6.7 miles once per week. Do this with my husband so we keep eachother motivated.

Eat 6 meals per day watching portions and content. Allow an occassional indulgement sans the guilt.

Take my vitamins and get enough sleep.

    It turned out somewhere between yummers and yuck -- good enough that I'd do it again, but not as good as my beloved original made with ground beef. Have you ever baked a ground-turkey mixture? Not too pretty, the surface taking on a pallid beige color.

    Bensonhurst was the scene of the crime for me.

    I'm glad you joined the games. Having you there summons up what I hope is my best work since my dear SparkFriend, T42and24T, who'd done only "Sentence Game," transferred her player's affections to the new "Haiku." You and she would have appreciated each other's efforts. I hope she'll return to SG.
