My overall goal in life is to focus on learning to eat healthy foods more than the non healthy foods.
Make smarter choices when eating out.
Fit into single digit clothing.
My Program:
Eating within my calorie range every day.
Exercising 40-45 minutes 4-5 days per week
drinking at least 8 glasses of water each day.

I am a firm believer in making life style changes, I do not think of weight loss as a diet. I consider it an adventure where mistakes are made along the way. And the main objective is to keep going and not to quit..
