Hi, I saw your comment on spark girl's blog asking what the shred was. Jillian Michaels from the biggest loser has a dvd called the thirty day shred. Basically it is a dvd with three levels that are twenty minutes each. It alternates three minutes of strength followed by two minutes of cardio and one minute of abs. You do ten days on each level. Supposedly you get great results. I have it but i started her slimdown program which alternates that one with two other ones called no more trouble zones and banish fat boost metabolism. That way i dont get bored. Its a good way to get weights in which i am very bad at. There is a team called the thirty day shred. Check out my page and it is on there. Good luck 3460 days ago
