    Thanks for stopping by my SparkPage. We are both on the Realistic Resolutions challenge. And, yes, I repeat these challenges too. I've never been perfect at any of the ones I've tried though I'm doing much better with this one. It helps that it is realistic!

    Hi thanks for stopping by. I know how you feel for about three weeks I had no loss just stagnant or a gain until this week when I lost 4 pounds. I varied my calories on some days and upped my exercise and that seemed to help. Watch how many snacks you have too and what kind they are cause they can do you in too. Try going for more intense workouts instead. I mean ones where they incorporate cardio and strength in it to burn more calories.

    I have to repeat Challenges to be certain I "get it." Even then, sometimes it doesn't fully sink in. LOL Been dealing with this since I was 6 years old; finally, I think I'm getting it! We can do this!!!
