Im sick and tired of being the fat person in the group.

i found this great goal on Startwme's page and im going to incorporate them into my goas as well

My Goals:
I want to be alert and constant in my food choices, my money management, my kindness to friends and family and to the care I take in my home.

i found this post and i am going to try to use it to motivate myself to get at least my living space in order.

Hi everyone - I borrowed these two declutter motivators from NOLA4800 blogs to share with you:


I___ _______________________, on this date____________________, do hereby solemnly swear, to accept and abide by the following 10 Commandments so that I can be Organized!!

[1] Thou shalt not give yourself the opportunity to generate clutter, physical or mental, for it will trap you into living a life a chaos.

[2] Thou shalt always have a place for everything, and thou shalt put everything back where it belongs immediately.

[3] Thou shalt always write it down, rather than committing details to memory alone.

[4] Thou shalt clear out obstacles baring you from reaching your goals and achieving your dreams by simplifying.

[5] Thou shalt not attempt to do everything yourself. Get help from family members, friends, associates and professionals.

[6] Thou shalt spend a minimum of a few minutes each day organizing, tidying up, planning and scheduling.

[7] Thou shalt not procrastinate. Do what you say you're going to do when you say you're going to do it. Control your destiny.

[8] Thou shalt take care of your health. Make time for yourself and loved ones. Laugh a little; love a lot. Enjoy Life!!

[9] Thou shalt strive to have a positive outlook on life and an "I can do it" attitude.

[10] Thou shalt keep this flyer for future reference.


1. Stop procrastinating. Decide what you are going to do with the next piece of clutter you pick up.

2. Quit making excuses. You are only fooling yourself.

3. Use it or lose it. If you're not going to use it, get rid of it. Period.

4. Learn to let go. For every square foot of space filled with clutter, there is one square foot of living space in your home that is lost.

5. Be a giver. Poor, needy, friends, relatives--everyone benefits more from a giving person than a pack rat.

6. Set limits on the amount of space allocated to any kind of clutter. Limit closets, bookcases, and filing cabinets. When one space fills up it doesn't mean you should buy more space(another house).

7. Use the In and Out inventory rule. When something comes in, something goes out.

8. Less is more. Less = more time, money and energy. Also = less stress.

9. Keep everything in its place. For example, the blender doesn't belong in the bedroom or the mail in the bathroom.

10. Compromise. Stop letting perfectionism keep you from doing what needs to be done, or from letting someone help you dispense with your clutter.
Functioning efficiently is better than functioning perfectly.

High protien and Fiber without a lot of carbs

yoga weight training

    You can do this! I have about 120 lbs to lose myself! Spark is such an awesome place! People here are so supportive. Good luck on your journey. I am sure you will win this battle and be healthy! emoticon emoticon
