YES I can!!!
A new year a new beginning. I am done yo yoing...I need to lose weight thats it. this time around, I plan to do it slow and steady and short term goals. I can do this and I WANT to do this.
I cant let this weight loss process get so hard that I cant cherish my little boy growing up. I need to let it be a part of my routine and I know I can do this. I have such a big support system on Spark and my husband is always encouraging me to do what I need to do. So why the struggle. So no ...
